Strategies for the realization of these objectives :-
The CEA has worked out multi pronged set of strategies to provide quality education, which comprises of –
I. Appointment of qualified and trained teachers for better teaching.
II. Ideal ratio between teacher and student.
III. Proper seating arrangement in airy and well ventilated classrooms with adequate furniture.
IV. Daily assessment of teacher by the principle and there by extending proper feed back .
V. Conduct monthly test, the markes so secured are counted towards final result. Counseling of weak student by a team of psychologist, with proper academic performance.
VI. Introducing environment and consume education as approved by CBSE.
VII. Organizing extra and CO-curricular activities along with cultural activities.
VIII. Excursion tours for exposure to the outside world.
IX. Conducting educational seminar and workshops by the learned scholars on intellectual for the children.
X. Conducting academic, CO-curricular and extra competition.
XI. Adopting latest pedagogy activities in the field of education keeping in the view the intrest of the child’s
XII. Use of Audio- visual aids, films, computer etc. for better understanding .
XIII. Interactive programs for developing conversation skill in English language.
XIV. Discipline, hygienes and sanitation, school uniform, turnout and bearing respect to elder, teacher and parents etc. is routine checking during morning assembly.
XV. The principle and committee never compromise with in discipline cases at any level.
